This booklet was created to support the Flambeau Trek, conducted 1993-1995, when Iron County residents and Lac du Flambeau school students paddled, hiked, and biked to retrace this historic water highway and overland portage route. This was the first time in over 100 years that the Flambeau Trail was followed, connecting people and cultures.
